Payments:
Immediately after the booking you must pay the deposit, which is 20% of the total
arrangement price at the time of your booking.
As soon as the payment is received the holiday destination is secured, if this is
not received the travel arrangement is not valid.
We will confirm the travel arrangement as soon as the deposit is received by
email or invoice or both ways.
We will remind you 8 weeks before the travel date, when the full amount must
be paid.
Bookings shorter than 8 weeks before travel date must be paid in full and after
we have received the total amount the travel arrangement will be confirmed
by us by email and sending the invoice.
If the payment is not received before the 8 weeks deadline we reserve the right
to cancel the travel arrangement and charge you a cancellation fee.
Period before scheduled departure date within which notification is received by

Travel insurance:
On our web site you can book your travel- and/or cancellation insurance, which we
advise you to add to you travel arrangement in case something happens and then
will not lose out.
When you are doing activities, which you add to your insurance like skiing and
other risky actions don’t forget to mention them otherwise you are not insured during
that activity and can be very costly at the end.
At the airport:
Take at least the effort being at the airport 2 HOURS to check in in time and not
missing your flight for it takes some time to go through the security check and also
mind the weight of your luggage to save you the extra costs.
The airline is entitled to cancel the flight when you check in too late.
Note:
Monterosa Travel cannot accept any responsibility if such situations arise and whilst
every endeavour will be made to assist in making alternative travel arrangements
to your resort. Any cost or loss incurred as a result will be your responsibility.
